Klairice Pino - Client Service Manager

Klairice began her veterinary journey in 2020 as a receptionist and has since grown into her role as Client Service Manager. She brings energy, warmth, and dedication to the front desk, making every visit a positive and memorable experience for clients and their pets. She loves building lasting relationships with the pets and families who walk through the doors and takes pride in being a trusted, friendly face clients can rely on. Helping families feel heard, supported, and confident in their pet’s care is what she enjoys most

In her free time, Klairice enjoys outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her husband, Antonio.  She shares her home with Antonio, two cats named Taz and Momma, and Archer, her boxer mix. 

Samantha Long - Veterinary Receptionist

Samantha joined the team in June of 2024 as a veterinary receptionist.  She is currently working on her certification as a veterinary assistant through Penn Foster.  Working with animals has been a lifelong dream for her.

Samantha has one teenager, a cat, and two dogs at home.  In her free time, she likes to travel with her family, ride her motorcycle, and play her bagpipes. 

Anna Pope - Veterinary Assistant

Anna has always been reassured by the fact that animals can cheer you up, even on your worst days. As a result, she naturally wanted to make them feel better in exchange.

Anna has been employed since 2018 as a veterinary assistant and joined the team at Animal Care Hospital in the fall of 2019.  As a veterinary assistant, she is determined to give each and every animal that enters our doors the best care possible. She is also Fear Free Certified.

Anna has 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a horse too! In her free time, she rides her horse, gardens, binge-watches true crime, and loves to read a good book.
